Summary	0002140: Drag-selecting a func_static can fail
Description	When drag-selecting a func_static (touching two brushes of that func_static with the rectangle) can fail due to "double-triggering" the EntityNode. On top of that, child primitives of func_* entities can be directly selected by drag-select operations, which shouldn't happen (the parent entity is the one that should be selected, the child primitives are just rendered as highlighted through the parent).
