0001971: Type accelerator is case sensitive

Description

E.g. typing names of folders or assets in entity or texture browser to jump to them. This becomes a problem for the entity browser, as all of the folders in TDM have first letter capitalization (I sat there for a few minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't type-jump to "Triggers").

I assume there are a few options here:
-change the folders to be not capitalized (good fix, but time consuming maybe, error prone?)
-make the typing not case sensitive (some lost functionality)
-do nothing and answer the question over and over on forums
