Summary	0001856: Upgrade Win32/Win64 GTK+ binaries to 2.16.2
Description	I noticed some intermittent crashes in the x64 version, with the stacktrace pointing to some cairo binary (could be wrong). Maybe an upgrade of the Win64 binaries resolves that issue.
