| Description | This is for 0.9.7pre14. Reproducable: start DR and open the texture browser. In the media tab, right click the darkmod folder, and choose to load all in texture browser. When it gets down perhaps halfway through the woods, I get a reproducable crash, telling me it was trying to access or use memory at 0x0000000.. so I assume it's bombing out due to memory requirements. System has 1G of RAM. [I suppose this is possibly/distantly related to 704.] | |||||

Unable to reproduce the crash on Linux, but it may be a Windows-only issue with memory handling. It does however use an insane amount of memory and makes the whole desktop really slow (swapping). |

Does this happen with latest snapshot build, 0.9.8 Pre 8? I cannot reproduce this error in XP 32 bit SP3 or in Vista 32 bit SP1 Okay when I tried this just now, it loaded everything without error. My memory usage was 85% of 3.5 Gigs though so you may not have enough memory. |

Yup, this just is a lack of memory, from what it sounds - there's not much I can do about that. |
